Palace of Bonde

Bondeska palatset
), was built as the private residence of the
Lord High Tresurer
of
Sweden
,
Gustaf Bonde
. It was erected in
Stockholm
between 1662 and 1673 on the islet
Riddarholmen
close to the
Royal Palace
. The chief architects were
Nicodemus Tessin
and
Jean De la Valle
. In 1949 the
Supreme Court
was moved from the
Royal Palace
