Paeroa

Paeroa is a small town in New Zealand. It is located in the North Waikato region, known locally as the Thames Valley, at the foot of the Coromandel Peninsula. The town is close to the junction of the Waihou and Ohinemuri Rivers, 20 kilometres from the coast at the Firth of Thames. Population 3900. Paeroa is well known for its mineral springs, which provided the water used in a local soft drink which has become a New Zealand favourite, Lemon & Paeroa.
