Pma

PMA (p-methoxyamphetamine) is a dangerous synthetic drug, psychostimulant and hallucinogen. It is made from anethole, the flavor compound of anise and fennel. It is classified as a Schedule I narcotic under the Controlled Substances Act in the United States. PMA in form of pills is sometimes passed off as MDMA (Ecstasy) and can cause death, because it is more active and more toxic. Effects of PMA ingestion include accelerated and irregular heartbeat, blurred vision, and a strong, unpleasant feeling of intoxication. There are approxomately twice as many PMA deaths than MDMA deaths, while the actual ocurrance of PMA on the market is only a fraction of that of MDMA.
