Oregon VortexThe Oregon Vortex, well known around the Pacific Northwest and surrounding area, is a famous tourist attraction and supposed paranormal site in Gold Hill, Oregon where normal laws of physics are seemingly violated or do not apply. It is said that within the Oregon Vortex, a person will assume a posture that inclines toward magnetic north and hence cannot stand erect. Contrary to the laws of perspective, as another person recedes towards magnetic south, they appear taller. When they approach, coming towards magnetic north, they appear shorter. Balls roll uphill and brooms stand on end. Some people even find relief there for back pain. The effects are said to be strongest when the moon is full. On these two photos we see two persons. In one photo, a straight bar between the tips of the heads of these two is parallel to the ground, on the other photo where they have exchanged positions, the bar is slanted. Note that at the place is constantly available a horizontal level instrument that shows that there is no slant of the ground surface. One of the spaces seem to shrink matter and the other to expand it: vortex photo1 vortex photo2 External links
