Oceanus ShenronOceanus Shenron is the dragon of the six star Dragonball. She is also the dragon of the ocean. When Giru detects a dragonball, Goku and Pan head into the village to find it. Suddenly, cod, salmon, herring, cuttlefish, octopus and squid fall from the sky on top of them. Pan screams in horror and disgust when a swordfish lands in her hands. The villagers see this and run outside and collects the seafood saying that Princess Otto has rewarded them. When the crowd clears, Goku cooks some fish and gives the cooking pan to Giru to eat. While a boy with a seagull tells that since fish started falling from the sky, the villagers have been very lazy. Soon, a woman floating above the water appears and more fish starts to fall. The villagers comes to collect the fish but run away when the woman attacks two of the villagers. The boy identifies her as Princess Otto but the woman reveals that her real name is Oceanus Shenron. When Goku asks her what wish she was created from, her face turns red with anger and she shouts "THE GIRL'S UNDERWEAR!" This also enrages Pan. Goku then remembers that it was Oolong's wish for underwear. Oceanus Shenron is angry that such a useless wish was made with the dragonballs. Goku fires an attack at her but she deflects it with an invisible barrier. Pan attacks but her attack is also deflected. Goku charges at her but Oceanus Shenron spins like a spinning top and all of Goku's clothing gets ripped off. Pan is embarrassed and produces a new outfit so Goku puts it on. Goku then starts spinning but Oceanus Shenron blasts him. Oceanus Shenron then changes from a woman to a hideous looking dragon. Goku then asks if she can change back so she changes back. She says that was her true form and anyone who saw it was killed by her and starts blasting Goku into a cliff. The boy's seagull then pops up and starts pecking Oceanus Shenron. She punches away the seagull when Pan shot a KameHameHa at her. Goku then sees the opportunity and blasts Oceanus Shenron. She changes back into the hideous looking dragon and dies. The villagers thank Goku and promises him that they will work hard. The boy's seagull appears and gives Pan the six star dragonball. Pan invites the boy to come to their place and promises him that she will teach him how to fly. Goku and Pan say their goodbyes and leave. The episode ends showing pictures of Syn Shenron, Eis Shenron, Nouva Shenron and Naturon Shenron. Oceanus Shenron's name in Chinese is Liu Xinglong which means six star dragon.
