North West Arm

The North West Arm is a body of water that runs along the west coast of peninsular Halifax. Pleasant and protected, the "Arm", as it is known to locals, features several marinas and the historic Royal Nova Scotia Yacht Squadron (RNSYS). On the western shore, along Purcell's Cove Road, is Sir Sandford Fleming Park, a popular pleasure spot in the shadow of one of Halifax's most unusual landmarks the Dingle Tower.
