Noble County, OhioNoble County is a county located in the state of Ohio. As of 2000, the population is 14,058. Its county seat is Caldwell6 and is named for either James Noble or Warren P. Noble, early settlers there. Geography According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 1,048 km² (405 mi²). 1,033 km² (399 mi²) of it is land and 14 km² (6 mi²) of it is water. There are 4,546 households out of which 33.50% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 61.50% are married couples living together, 7.70% have a female householder with no husband present, and 27.00% are non-families. 24.30% of all households are made up of individuals and 12.60% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.61 and the average family size is 3.10.
