Noble County, OhioNoble County is a county located in the state of Ohio. As of 2000, the population is 14,058. Its county seat is Caldwell6 and is named for either James Noble or Warren P. Noble, early settlers there. Geography According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 1,048 km² (405 mi²). 1,033 km² (399 mi²) of it is land and 14 km² (6 mi²) of it is water.
