Newborough, Anglesey

Newborough (Welsh: Niwbwrch) is a town in south Anglesey, Wales. It was founded by Edward I of England to house the people he evicted from Llanfaes in order to build Beaumaris Castle. Attractions in the town include a model village, the Newborough Warren nature reserve of sand dunes and the romantic island of Ynys Llanddwyn.
