Nstar

NSTAR is a private utility company that provides retail electricity and natural gas to customers in eastern and central Massachusetts. NSTAR was formed by a merger of the Boston Edison Company, the Cambridge Electric Light Company, the Commonwealth Electric Company and the Commonwealth Gas Company. NSTAR sold its interest in the Seabrook Station Nuclear Power Plant to FLP in 2002.
