Nba Most Valuable Player Award

National Basketball Association Most Valuable Player Award was first awarded after the 1955-56 NBA season. The NBA MVP trophy is named in honor of the late Maurice Podoloff, the first president of the NBA who served from 1946 until his retirement in 1963.
