Monona Terrace

Frank Lloyd Wright inspired the design of Monona Terrace, a community and convention center on the shores of Lake Monona in Madison, Wisconsin. It opened on July 18, 1997, almost 60 years after its initial 1938 design. While on the Monona Terrace, one can see views of downtown Madison including the State Capital Building and Lake Monona. The weekly radio variety show Michael Feldman's Whad'Ya Know? broadcasts from Monona Terrace when it is not on a national tour.
