Mohammad Sarwar

Mohammad Sarwar (born 18 August 1952) is a politician in the United Kingdom. He was first elected as Labour member of Parliament for Glasgow Govan in 1997. Sarwar was suspended from holding office within the Labour Party in 1997 when he was charged with election offences, but he was acquitted in 1999 and the suspension was lifted.
