Mirza Aslam Beg

Mirza Aslam Beg was Chief of Army Staff, Pakistan, succeeding Gen. Zia ul-Haq. He is currently Chairman of the Foundation for Research on International Environment, National Development, and Security FRIENDS, a policy think tank. Gen.
