Mile End Park

Mile End Park is a park located in London. It was created on land originally devastated by World War II bombing. Extensive development was performed in the last half of the 1990's. A pedestrian bridge was built over the Mile End Road, which bisects the park, near Mile End tube station. At the North end it reaches almost as far as Victoria Park, East London.

Mile End Stadium

Mile End Stadium, situated at the south end of the park, is currently being refurbished. In addition to new changing facilities, a new sport and fitness centre with swimming pool is currently under construction.
