Milan Milutinovic

Milan Milutinovic (born December 19, 1942) is a former President of Serbia. He served as federal foreign minister of Yugoslavia from 1995 to 1998 and as President of Serbia from 1997 until 2002. He was an political ally of Slobodan Milosovic. After his five year term as president expired in December 2002 he surrendered to the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia.
