This article is about the cyclist Michael Rogers, for the American congressmen called Mike Rogers, see: Mike Rogers Michael Rogers (born 1979) is an Australian cyclist. He turned professional in 1999. He is a good Time Trialler and has won the World Cycling Championship ITT two times, in 2003 and 2004. He won the 2003 title after the original winner David Millar was tested positive on doping. Therefore he received two gold medals when he became champion in 2003.
