Matthew Taylor (Politician)

right Matthew Owen John Taylor (born 3 January 1963) is a politician in the United Kingdom. He is Liberal Democrat party chairman and the member of Parliament for Truro and St Austell in Cornwall. He was first elected to Parliament in 1987, in a by-election following the death of David Penhaligan.
