Masurian

Masurian is a dialect of Polish from Masovia and Masuria. In 19th century, German authorities of Masuria tried to support the name Masurian as the separate language to underline the German overlord power under the Masuria. Even in 1925 many Masurs didn't know that they speak a Polish dialect.
