Masked RiderThe Masked Rider is one of the mascots of Texas Tech University, a masked and caped rider mounted on a black horse. Masked Rider is the translated title of Kamen Rider, a Japanese tokusatsu TV series featuring masked super heroes. It is also the title given to the American adaption of Kamen Rider Black RX, one of the installments in the series. The American series can be seen as a spinoff from the popular Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series, since the main title character of Masked Rider was featured on a 2-part Power Rangers episode before his own series was started. The Rangers themselves were never mentioned in the Masked Rider TV show, however.
