Martinho Da Vila

Martinho da Vila (b. February 12, 1938, birth name Martinho Jos Ferreira), a Brazilian musician, is one of the most prominent samba musicians. Born in Duas Barras in the interior of the Brazilian state of Rio de Janeiro; his music shows influence from that region, such as the calango rhythm.
