Mark Bagley

Mark Bagley is an American comic book artist. The winner of the pencilling division of a 1980s 'Win a try-out at Marvel Comics' contest, he is mainly associated with the character Spider-Man, with a lengthy run on the flagship title, The Amazing Spider-Man. In 1996 he co-created (with writer Kurt Busiek) the Marvel superhero team title Thunderbolts. In 1999 he was chosen as the penciller on the title Ultimate Spider-Man, which reduced the character's long and sometimes convoluted history in order to attract new readers.
