Lynxos

The Lynx Operating System, usually seen as LynxOS, is a Unix-like real-time operating system made by LynuxWorks (formerly "Lynx Real-Time Systems", thus the name). LynxOS features include POSIX compliance and more recently Linux compatibility; it is used in a number of embedded systems, especially in the telecommunications industry. The Usenet newsgroup comp.os.lynx is devoted to discussion of LynxOS.
