Lodomeria

Lodomeria is the Latinized name of Volodymyr-Volhynia, a medieval Ruthenian principality, which was part of Halych-Volhynia in the 13th and 14th centuries. The name was always used together with Galicia (which see for details), the Latin name for Halych. From 1772 to 1918 Lodomeria was officialy an Austrian province, although it only existed on paper. It had no territory and could not be found on any map.
