LlangollenLlangollen is a small town in Denbighshire, north Wales, famous for the Llangollen International Eisteddfod, the Llangollen Canal (whose Pontcysyllte Aqueduct is nearby), and the Llangollen Railway. The Ladies of Llangollen lived in the town, and the River Dee passes through it. Llangollen hosted the National Eisteddfod in 1908. In 2002, the Rainhill locomotive trials were restaged in Llangollen.
