The number one single as given by the official UK Singles Chart The Beatles are the only artists to have four number ones, three consecutively starting from 1963. The Spice Girls managed to equal having three in a row from 1996. Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody is the only single to have reached the top twice at Christmas time, in 1975 and 1991, although Do They Know It's Christmas has been Christmas number one in each of its three versions. Charity song Do They Know It's Christmas? by Band Aid is the second best selling single in UK history, and many of the above songs are in the List of best selling singles (UK).
