Life On DisplayLife on Display is the 2003 album by US grunge band Puddle of Mudd. It was produced by Andy Wallace who produced their 2003 hit album Come Clean and who also mixed Nirvana's Nevermind and worked with Slayer. Despite generally negative reviews, it reached #20 on the Billboard 200 album chart and spawned a number of hits. Chart Performance Life on Display was released on 25 November 2003. It reached a peak of #20 in the US in December 2003. A number of hit songs appear on the album including: - "Away from Me" reached #1 on the Billboard mainstream rock chart, #5 on the Billboard modern rock charts, #10 on the world modern rock chart in 2003 and #72 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2004;
- "Heel over Head" reached #6 on the Billboard mainstream rock chart and #10 on the Billboard modern rock chart in 2004; and
- "Spin You Around" reached the top 20 of the Billboard mainstream rock chart and top 40 of the modern rock charts.
A b-side "Bleed" was added to the soundtrack for the 2004 film version of The Punisher. Critical Response Life on Display received a generally poor critical response. It received OK reviews from Entertainment Weekly and E Online, poor reviews from All Music Guide, Blender and Q and scathing reviews from Rolling Stone and Spin. Track Listing - Away From Me
