Laurent FabiusLaurent Fabius (born August 20, 1946) is a former prime minister of France. He was born in Paris, France. Since June 16, 2002 he has been a member of the French National Assembly for the fourth consistuency of Seine Maritime. He is a member of the Socialist Party group. In the vote that took place between the members of his party on December 1, 2004, on deciding the stance that the party would take concerning the European Constitution, Fabius was the leader of the defeated 'no' camp.
