Las Colinas is a developed area in the Dallas suburb of Irving, Texas.

Mustangs at Las Colinas It consists of high-rise office towers, retail centers, upscale residences and apartment complexes, and golf courses. One notable attraction is the larger-than-life Mustangs at Las Colinas sculpture and fountain. Las colinas has over 20 million square feet of office space.
