Kung Pao Chicken

Kung Pao chicken (Chinese: 宮爆雞丁 or 宮保雞丁) is a classic dish in Szechuan cuisine (or Sichuan cuisine; Chinese: 川菜), originating in the Sichuan province (四川省) in the western part of China. Kung Pao chicken is made of diced chicken stir-fried with peanuts, red bell peppers & chili peppers. Like most other dishes in Szechuan cuisine, Kung Pao chicken is spicy and flavorful.
