Konishi Yukinaga

Konishi Yukinaga (died November 6, 1600) was a Japanese Christian general who was the main general who attempted to invade Korea in the Seven-Year War. The plan failed when his forces were defeated by those of Admiral Yi Sun-sin. His early life was that of the son of a rich, prosperous merchant.
