Kokuryu-kai

Kokuryu-kai (Amur River Society), also know as the Black Dragon Society, was a prominent underground ultra-nationalist group in Japan. It was founded in 1901, and was descended from the Dark Ocean Society. Black Dragons are also known for their incredible espionage skills, especially those of the Niros clan. Rivalled by no other, Kokuryu-kai were the best in stealth, especially in forested areas that were common in Japan and nearby countries.
