Kindergarten Cop

Kindergarten Cop (1990) is a film with Arnold Schwarzenegger as the main character. Schwarzenegger stars as John Kimble, a police detective who goes after drug dealer Colin Crisp, played by Richard Tyson, before he can get to his ex-wife and child. Pamela Reed plays his partner Phoebe O'Hara, a teacher-turned cop. Linda Hunt is the diminutive Miss Schlotsky, the school principal. Carrol Baker plays Colin's mother, Eleanor, and Penelope Ann Miller plays Joyce, the 2nd grade teacher who becomes Kimble's love interest. Kimble and O'Hara go undercover to find the ex-wife and son of drug dealer Colin Crisp. O'Hara is planned to be the substitute teacher of the class that his son is in, and Kimble tracks down the identity of the mother. Unfortunately, O'Hara falls ill, so Kimble gets to play teacher. Schwarzenegger gets to show his soft side by working with a class of 5 and 6-year old kids.
