Karl Theodor Robert Luther (April 16 1822February 15 1900) was a German astronomer who searched for asteroids while working in Dsseldorf. Two of his discoveries are now known to have unusual properties: the binary asteroid with equal components 90 Antiope and the extremely slow-rotating 288 Glauke. The asteroid 1303 Luthera and the crater Luther on the Moon were named in his honour. Luther, Karl Theodor Robert Luther, Karl Theodor Robert Luther, Karl Theodor Robert Luther, Karl Theodor Robert
