Jorge Anaya

Jorge Anaya was an Argentinian Rear Admiral in the 1980s, part of the military Junta of the epoch. In 1982 he was one of the military leaders that decided to go to war with the United Kingdom over the matter of the Falkland Islands. At one point during that period, he personally dispatched a team of saboteurs to destroy a ship in Gibraltar that was part of the Royal Navy.
