JelebuJelebu is one of Negeri Sembilan's largest districts, consisting more than 100,000 in population to the greater county. Jelebu borders both the Nilai (KLIA) district and the nation's capital, Kuala Lumpur. Jelebu is a suburban county with blossoming semi-agricultural industry. Jelebu has a infamous recorded history of British colonization as compared to other parts of Negeri Sembilan. In the small semi-agricultural town of Sungai Muntoh-where the booming mining era a century back was in shatter-there were already numerous valuable centuries-old objects found and kept in the state's museum. Sungai Muntoh was the most developed town of all mining sites in Jelebu. Jelebu is the hottest (as in heat, weather) area in recorded Malaysian history. The lands in the southwestern part of Jelebu adjacent to Cheras (Kuala Lumpur) is arguably the driest place in Malaysia. Rubber and the mining business made Malaya one of the richest in natural resources back then. Jelebu was one of the counties that produced some of the world's greatest rubber and steels. Pineapple production there is ranked one of the tops in Malaysia Peninsula. For some unknown reasons, Jelebu sits some of the state's biggest and most advanced rehab centers.
