Jean Meeus

Jean Meeus (born 1928) is a Belgian astronomer. He is sometimes known as Jan Meeus. He specializes in celestial mechanics. He wrote the textbook Astronomical Algorithms ISBN 0-943396-35-2. The asteroid 2213 Meeus is named after him. Meeus, Jean Meeus, Jean
