Count Jan Krzysztof Tarnowski (1537-1567) was a Polish noble (szlachcic). Son of Hetman Jan Amor Tarnowski and Zofia Szydłowiecka. He was married to Zofia Odrowąż since 1555. He was owner of Tarnw, Wiewirka, Przeworsk, Rożnw and Stare Sioło. Secretary of the King since 1554, castellan of Wojnicz, starost of Sandomierz, Stryj and Dolina.
