Institute Of Education

The Institute of Education (IoE) is a post-graduate college and part of the University of London. It was founded in 1902 as a teacher training college and has since diversified into educational research. It has 1,000 students doing PGCEs, 600 research students and numerous masters students. The Institute's main building is on Bedford Way in Bloomsbury and was designed by Denys Lasdun.
