Ingen

InGen (or International Genetics Technologies) is a fictional genetic engineering company in the book and movie Jurassic Park, and the film's sequels. These were written by Michael Crichton. The company pioneered a technique to use DNA extracted from ancient mosquitoes trapped in solid amber to produce live dinosaurs. Founded by billionaire John Hammond the company created the zoo-like tourist attraction on the island of Isla Nublar, and a research facility on 'Site B' (featured in Jurassic Park II). The company also illegally bred dinosaurs on third and forth islands, and was planning a facility for aquatic animals on a fifth island.
