Illini Media

Illini Media, previously known as the Illini Publishing Company, and then later the Illini Media Company, is a non-for-profit organization that owns The Daily Illini, a student-run newspaper at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, WPGU-FM 107.1, a student-run commercial radio station, as well as the Illio, a yearbook for students. Illini Media's mission is to educate students for future careers in print media and broadcast. Roger Ebert, film critic, was editor of The Daily Illini while he attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
