Invista

INVISTA, incorporated in the United States in 2002, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the DuPont Company. INVISTA was built on DuPont's innovations in Lycra(r) spandex, Stainmaster(r) flooring, and the underlying chemical intermediate and fiber processing technologies. The business was sold to Charles Koch in May 2004 and was combined with Koch Industries' KoSa polyester resins, fiber, and polymer subsidiary. The combined company retains the name INVISTA and it is the world's largest integrated producer and marketer of premium fibers, resins and intermediates.
