Hugh Lane Municipal Gallery

The Hugh Lane Municipal Gallery is an art gallery funded by Dublin City Council and located in Charlemont House in Dublin city in Ireland. It is also known as The Municipal Gallery of Modern Art or simply as The Hugh Lane Gallery. The museum has a permanent collection and hosts exhibitions, most by contemporary Irish artists. Francis Bacon's studio was reconstructed in the Gallery in 2001. At the moment the gallery is closed for construction, in the future it will include a dedicated Sean Scully room. External Links
