Hornd

Hornd (Hungarian: Hernd, German: Kundert) is a river in eastern Slovakia and north-eastern Hungary. It is a tributary to the river Saj/Slan, which is a tributary to the river Tisza. The source of the Hornd is in the Low Tatra mountains, south-west of Poprad. It flows through the Slovak regions Spiš and Abov, and the Hungarian county Borsod-Abaj-Zempln. Cities along its course are Spišsk Nov Ves and Košice, both in Slovakia. It flows into the river Saj south-east of Miskolc.
