Homeland Security Advisory Council

The Homeland Security Advisory Council is part of the United States Department of Homeland Security. Its members include: The Council met on December 14, 2004 in San Diego, California, and voted to reconsider the color-coded Homeland Security Advisory System, among other suggestions.
