Haroun Kabadi

Haroun Kabadi (born 1949?) was Prime Minister of Chad for a period of about a year during 2002 and 2003. Due to rampant civil war and accusations of governmental corruption, the tenure of Prime Ministers under President Idriss Dby has not been long; Kabadi is no exception.
