Haribo

The German sweets producer, HARIBO, was founded in 1920 in Bonn by Hans Riegel. The name is an acronym for Hans Riegel, Bonn. Today HARIBO is one of the biggest manufacturers of sweets, namely of fruit gums, liquorice and foam. There are five factories in Germany and 13 throughout Europe. There are sales offices in almost every country in Europe as well as in the USA. Brands of Haribo are HARIBO, MAOAM and PEZ. Many of HARIBOs products contain pig gelatine, on their website there is a special section informing about products that don't contain pig gelatine.
