Harborplace is a well-known festival marketplace in downtown Baltimore, Maryland. As its name indicates, it is located on the Inner Harbor. Harborplace is comprised of two pavilions, the Pratt Street Pavilion and the Light Street Pavilion. There is also a glass enclosed building known as The Gallery at Harborplace. Each of these buildings contain stores and places to eat. Many of the stores sell merchandise specific to Baltimore or Maryland. Harborplace was designed by Benjamin C. Thompson and built by the developer James W. Rouse
