Getting There is a 2002 straight to video movie starring the Olsen twins. The story revolves around twin girls who, after turning 16, go on a road trip without their parents. Their destination is the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, Utah. The two girls, Kylie (played by Mary-Kate) and Taylor (Played by Ashley) turn 16 and, with their friends Sam, Lindie, Toast, and others head out on their first road trip to they olympics... they are able to do this because, of course, they were given a Mustang convertible for their birthday! The friends set out - portable IM in hand - for what's sure to be the adventure of a lifetime. And boy, is it ever... with crazy mishaps around every turn, will the friends ever reach their final destination?? WATCH AND FIND OUT!!!
