Fulbert Youlou

Fulbert Abbe Youlou (1917 - 1972) was a Brazzaville-Congolese political figure. He served as Prime Minister of Congo between 1958 and 1960. He served as the first President of Congo, from 1960 until 1963, when he was deposed. Youlou Youlou Youlou
