Elections in South Korea gives information on election and election results in South Korea. South Korea elects on national level a head of state - the president - and a legislature. The president is elected for a five year term by the people. The National Assembly (Kuk Hoe) has 299 members, elected for a four year term, 243 members in single-seat constituencies and 46 members by proportional representation. South Korea has a multi-party system, with numerous parties in which parties have a chance of gaining power alone.
